EMPLOYMENT:
- Bartenders- job requirements include customer service and gaming experience, cash handling and knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Food Servers- requires previous serving experience, customer service skills and computer knowledge.
- Bus Persons-job requirements include the ability to lift objects of at least 20 pounds, customer service skills and teamwork.
- Dishwashers- This position supports the restaurant by responding to the servers, cooks and customers needs. No experience is necessary, bi-lingual individual is preferred.
- Line Cooks- at least 3 years prior experience cooking in a high volume atmosphere, must have the ability to work independently and bi- lingual is preferred.
