Putter’s Gaming Group Holds SAFY Fundraiser As Part of Anniversary Celebration

Southwest Putter’s Bar & Grill at Warm Springs Celebrates 5th Anniversary With Ragin’ Cajun Carnival

(Las Vegas, NV) 3.22.11 – SAFY fundraiser on Sunday, April 3^rd, from 11am-6pm, at Putter’s Bar & Grill is hosted by the Putter’s Gaming Group, a popular neighborhood chain with locations across the valley. Putter’s extends an open invitation to join in the fundraising effort and celebration of the 5^th Anniversary of the Warm Springs location in southwest Las Vegas at 7150 South Durango Drive.

Putter’s Bar & Grill will be hosting the Ragin’ Cajun Carnival with 100% of proceeds benefitting Specialized Alternatives for Families & Youth (SAFY) which aids in the placement of foster youth throughout the state.

In addition to the outdoor and indoor carnival style event, there will be two live bands, family friendly carnival amusements; a dunk tank and a jump house.

Cajun specialty foods will be cooking all day with choices of a New Orleans style BBQ, Po’ boy shrimp sandwiches, and a crawdad eating contest, with the winner of the contest to receive a special prize.

Miller and Samuel Adams trucks will be on site providing fresh draught beer, and Wirtz Beverage will be promoting their latest Three Olives Vodka “Dude” and providing swag giveaways from 2pm to 4pm.

SAFY will stage a booth featuring a silent auction and raffle. In addition, Putter’s Gaming Group staff servers will be donating their tips for the day to the charity.

Putter’s Gaming Group Names SAFY As Charity of Choice

(Las Vegas, NV) 3.21.11- Putter’s Gaming Group, a Las Vegas based company with multiple neighborhood locations including Putter’s Bar & Grill, Spectator’s Bar & Grill and the Fairway Terrace Hospitality Center announced Specialized Alternatives for Family and Youth (SAFY) as their charity of choice, with all proceeds from future fundraising events benefitting the local non-profit, which places children in nurturing foster homes.

The local bar & grill chain with eight locations across the valley will host a series of activities this year to raise contributions for SAFY including; a 5 year anniversary party at their Warm Springs location on April 3rd, the grand opening of the new location on the South Strip, a co-sponsored event at Putter’s Fairway Terrace, Putter’s annual golf tournament, as well as other events.

In 2010, Putter’s Gaming Group and their partners raised $6,000 for SAFY during their annual event at Fairway Terrace.

Putter’s Gaming Group Hosts Basketball Madness

Locations Invite NCAA Fans to Cheer their Favorite Teams

(Las Vegas, NV) 3.15.2011 Putter’s Gaming Group continues the basketball Madness celebration through March with drink and food specials, bracket prizes, a trip giveaway, and free bracket offers for gaming customers at all Putter’s Gaming Group locations; including seven Putter’s Bar & Grills, and Spectator’s Bar & Grill. Over $10,000 in cash and prizes will be given away.

Each location will have beer and drink specials, great giveaways from Miller Lite and Sam Adams and other prizes.

Putter’s Gaming Group Participates in “Scale the Strat”

Local Bar & Grill Chain Supports the American Lung Association

(Las Vegas, NV) 3.28.2011 Putter’s Gaming Group joined in the annual “Scale the Strat” fundraiser at the iconic Stratosphere located on the Las Vegas Strip. The Putter’s Gaming Group Team-the Putter’s Players joined over 160 participants on March 12^th to race up the stairwell; a 108 floor, 1,455 step, vertical accent to raise funds for the American Lung Association in Nevada.

A regular every year on the roster of teams, the 4 person Putter’s Players Team consisting of Kimberly McElhaney, Joey Blackwell, Janaya Riordan and Kim Smith, all reached the top in under twenty minutes.

The team’s goal is to collect on over $1,000 in pledges for the cause exceeding the 2010 donation of $700.00.
