Bartenders - job requirements include customer service and local gaming experience, cash handling and knowledge of alcoholic beverages.

Food Servers – requires previous serving experience in a fast pace, high volume environment, must have great customer service skills and computer knowledge.

Bus Persons - job requirements include the ability to lift objects of at least 20 pounds, customer service skills and teamwork.

Dishwashers – this position supports the restaurant by responding to the servers, cooks and customers needs. No experience is necessary, bi-lingual individual is preferred.

Line Cooks- at least 3 years prior experience cooking in a high volume atmosphere, must have the ability to work independently and bi-lingual is preferred.
